TNT works in communities with diverse cultures, needs and expectations and it is important that we identify local needs and priorities.

We always consider local engagement plans to ensure our host communities rights are respected and that they share in the economic value created by the projects we work on.

TNT’s localization initiatives extend beyond our diversity, equity and inclusion programs in our workplaces. They aim to leave lasting positive impacts, whether through fair and equitable services and procurement opportunities, or solutions that responds to the challenges faced by these communities.

Leaving a positive legacy through Indigenous partnerships

At TNT, mining projects that provide critical minerals to enhance global infrastructure and create products that support human development, wealth creation and better living standards is the legacy we want to leave for future generations.

Our projects, business activities, and sustainable localization initiatives are intended to create socioeconomic value for the communities in which we work. This includes local enterprise development, preferential local procurement and community upliftment initiatives. We also work to maintain a high standard of corporate governance, integrity and ethics as non-negotiable features of our value creation strategies.
