Steve has more than 28 years of experience in general management, business development, product development, project engineering and project management in the material handling, mining and mineral processing industries. He has extensive international business experience and technical expertise in high tonnage crushing, screening and conveying projects.
Paul has more than 30 years of experience in business development, project management, and engineering in bulk material handling projects for the mining industry. He is a subject matter expert in the areas of heap leach stacking, waste stacking, dry tails stacking, high tonnage and complex overland conveying and In-Pit Crushing and Conveying (IPCC) applications.
Mike has more than 30 years of experience in bulk material handling systems for mining and other resource industries. He has worked on bulk terminal and port storage systems, reclaim and loadout systems, underground and surface crushing and conveying systems, crushing and screening plants, and filter cake and concentrate handling systems. His core skills include plant layout, detailed design, field engineering, cost estimating, project management and construction management.
Adam is responsible to manage and oversee the Sales and Marketing operations. He has nearly two decades of experience in negotiating and delivering projects for mining projects globally. His expertise is developing and fostering long term business relationships through successful project implementation.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Science with Co-op completion (Mining and Mineral Process Engineering) from the University of Toronto.
Ron has more than 40 years of experience in operations, maintenance, project management and executive management positions. He has introduced leading edge technologies, systems and processes to create technically advanced and cost efficient material handling, heap leach stacking and crushing systems.
